About carbon-nv products
All of our carbon fibre products are infused under vacuum using top quality materials. Therefore, you can be sure that your carbon fibre parts have been optimised for mechanical performance, with a significant weight saving and greater strength than parts made from GRP or made using the 'wet-lay' method.
To enhance the long-term appearance of our moulded exterior carbon fibre parts, a fine clear coating is sprayed into the moulds prior to production and this helps to stave-off the dulling effects of long-term exposure to UV light. It is also highly polishable and can allow restoration of the cosmetic appearance should a part be scuffed or scratched. Epoxy-made parts that are left 'bare' with not coating added cannot so easily be restored. Quite often, the only option is to have them professionally sprayed with an automotive-quality clear coat which can be a specialised and expensive task.
Besides the popular 2x2 twill weave carbon fabric, there is also a range of alternative carbon finishes available if you're looking for something a little different or unique.
When weighing up alternatives and comparing prices, it's worth bearing in mind that all carbon-nv parts and panels are made using only top quality epoxy resin. We don't use cheaper polyester resin, which is what GRP products are commonly made with and as they are consolidated under vacuum they are enhanced both mechanically and cosmetically

Exterior kit car carbon fibre products
Carbon half doors (Windscreen fitment)
A pair of carbon fibre half doors that can be attached to the same mounting points on the windscreen uprights as the factory side screens, allowing for hinged opening and easier access. These also feature a recess in the lower section to allow for flusher fixing of a retaining strap on the inside if securing to the sills in this way is preferred. Westfield nose cone canards A pair of canards/dive planes to fit the nose cone on 'ZK/Kit' type bodywork (not FW). The mounting face is slightly curved to offer a good fit. They are approximately 27cm's long and 11cm's at their widest point £60 per pair 
. Westfield blade carbon aeroscreen - Wide Carbon fibre aeroscreen - blade-type - to fit Wide body Westfields. All carbon construction, as with other carbon-nv parts. This will also fit a Dax Rush scuttle if the centre support panel is re-positioned to suit. Please see the Gallery page for images of one fitted. £145 each

Scuttle top panel
All carbon panel designed to replace the aluminium panel under the scuttle moulding and improve the appearance of the engine bay. Sized to work with a bottom-mount pedal cover, but we can also provide a quote if you require a larger panel to cover the entire scuttle width. Can be made for all kit cars £50 each

Westfield Sport 250 fly by wire cover A carbon fibre cover to replace the standard powder coated metal item on Ford EcoBoost installations utilising the original fly by wire throttle set-up £40 
Westfield Narrow body diffuser Carbon fibre diffuser for the Narrow-bodied Westfield. As with our Wide version, can be supplied with or without strakes and also has recesses around the wishbone area £210 (without strakes) £270 (with) 
Westfield front air dam/splitter Carbon fibre front air dam/splitter designed to help limit positive air pressure under the nose cone. Not currently suited to FW front bodywork. Additional images available in the 'Gallery' page £170 each 
Westfield Wide body diffuser (non FW) This carbon-nv designed full-length diffuser weighs in at just 1500g and is contoured around the rear wishbones, so no need to chop sections out in order to make it fit. Can be supplied with or without strakes. Please see the Gallery page for an image with dimensions appended, as may suit other makes. £220 (without strakes) £280 (with) 
Westfield flared exterior side panels (may fit other 7-inspired cars) These panels provide additional engine bay ventilation and a more aggressive styling option. They are approximately 94cms along the top return and offer approximately 50mm of 'flare' at the rear when mounted using the usual mounting points. They can be fitted from the scuttle's front edge to the usual forward mounting point. They also feature a rolled front edge, akin to the standard side panels and come in two pricing options: £250 per pair - all carbon fibre £220 per pair - woven e-glass backed 
Westfield carbon fibre half doors Designed to help limit buffeting at speed, these half doors weigh-in at approx. 350g and make a stylish and practical addition to your car. These work really well with our 'double-bubble' aeroscreen. Some trimming required to neatly fit on Narrow Westfield bodywork £200 per pair |

Westfield/kit car 'Double Bubble' aeroscreen Due to the flexible nature along its length, these will fit both Wide and Narrow bodied Westfields, plus many other 7-inspired kit cars. Mirror covers These carbon fibre covers are designed to fit over the standard abs plastic Rover mirrors often seen on Westfields and other cars. Epoxy resin infused and all carbon fibre with the usual UV-resistant and high-gloss coating, unlike some cheaply made alternatives you might find elsewhere £90 per pair |
Interior kit car carbon fibre products
*NEW* Wide Westfield ZK scuttle dash surround
A carbon fibre trim panel to enhance the look of your dashboard and an alternative to the usual padded vinyl 'crash pad'. This is only suitable for Westfield models that have a ZK style scuttle moulding and not the older 'Kit' style, which has a more rounded finish to edge nearest the dash. Please see the additonal image of one fitted on the Gallery page £85 
Kit car centre console switch panel A three sided carbon panel that can be used to fill the space between the dash and the transmission tunnel. It can be used to fit additional gauges or switchgear It measures 185cm wide at the front face and flares out slightly towards the rear. Check the Gallery page for an image of one installed £75 
Foam cored carbon sandwich panels Commonly used to cover the boot area on 7-inspired kit cars, these panels feature carbon and woven e-glass fabric sandwiched around a 3mm foam core, resulting in a panel that's light and incredibly rigid. Other sizes and fabric options available upon request. We're also happy to help with trimming to size with an accurate template supplied (A similarly sized panel - approx.105cm's x 40 cm's - can also be made in 1mm carbon fibre for £95. Please ask if you any special requirements or need a differently sized panel) £130 each 
Roll bar bolt covers to suit the FW-bodied Westfield Two piece covers that can be trimmed to encircle the base of the roll bar and neatly conceal the chassis fixings £65 per pair |
'Alternative' fitment dashboard panel
Alongside our Wide and Narrow Westfield dashboard panels, we can now make a panel that might suit other makes of seven-inspired cars better. The width between the bottom of the 'ears' is 93cms, narrowing to 91cms if trimmed to sit a little lower. Dimensions of the Wide and Narrow panels can be found via images on the Gallery page £140 
Kit car arch cover panels A pair of vacuum infused flexible carbon fibre panels to provide some coverage to the forward section of the rear arches on 7-inspired kit cars The pair pictured are approximately 44 x 19cms and sized to fit the standard width Westfield arches, but we can supply any length or width that you require. Smaller overall sizes will, therefore, be slightly cheaper so please let us know your requirements £55 per pair 
Tunnel top panel Flat panels with adequate flexibility to cover the transmission tunnel top, either in one piece or sectioned to your specification. Tunnel side panels also available. Trimmed to suit your application £90 (all carbon) or £75 (e-glass backed) 
Westfield contoured finisher strip Angled strip designed to provide a neat transition between the rear bulkhead and boot box/panel. Also available without the contoured centre sections and can be cut to suit Wide and Narrow cars £55 each |

Westfield interior side panels Designed to smarten-up the interior of any Westfield or any other kit car. The pair pictured were made using twill weave spread tow fabric, but these are also available in the popular 2x2 twill weave or any other fabric finish of your choice. Westfield rear bulkhead panel - Wide/Narrow body

Westfield sill covers A pair of moulded covers to fit the sills on Westfield kit cars. Sometimes referred to as 'kick strips'. £55 per pair |
Westfield pedal box cover Designed to enhance the under-bonnet look of your Westfield kit car. Made using only carbon fabric (no fibreglass or gelcoat), they can be made to suit car or bike-engined chassis. We can also make these to suit LHD cars £50 each |

Flat carbon panelling We can supply flat carbon panels for just about any application and in a wide range of fabric finishes You can choose the specification that suits your application and we can always offer you a very competitive quote on panels that are vacuum infused with excellent visual and mechanical quality. For the budget-conscious, where appearance is the main priority, we can also offer panels made with a carbon surface layer backed-up by woven e-glass reinforcement. As an example, we can make a 1m sq. panel in approx. 0.8mm thick carbon for £180, or with e-glass used as the backing reinforcement for £150. Various core materials can also be added where higher strength is required. Westfield dashboard panels - Wide and Narrow body These lightweight all carbon fibre dashboard panels have an IVA-friendly curved lip at the bottom, which is also finished in complementing carbon fabric, not gelcoat. Normally supplied as a blank panel, so that height can be adjusted by trimming the 'ears' at either end. Pedal box covers (top-mounted)

Carbon angle section - external We can produce lengths of external angle section up to 1700mm in length and 35mm wide. Useful as a finishing trim or more structural applications depending upon thickness.
